Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $8.99 or Free on orders over $100
Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $15.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Delivery / Pickup

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada. International shipping will be available soon.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Demzo Hair & Accessories is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos at support@demzohair.ca so we can assist.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
